Asus A7V rev1.01
using the aflash.exe v1.27

Get 1005.03e beta bios from http://www.athlonmb.com/ enter "files" section.

Wow hoh!!!..Asus has enter the "intelligent software control" in thebios for A7V so that you could adjust v core and FSB in the bios option.Just like Abit and MSI did in the bios setup.

So you flash the new beta bios 1005.03e for your motherboard.Totally "off" pc for 1 minute.
To start do the trick,changed your jumper to jumper free mode.Ignore the core voltage and FSB (4 dipswitches) setting.(I have set the 1.825v and "on" all the FSB dipswitches).You must set the CPU MULTIPLIERS VALUE (will appear in the new 1005.03e bios) in the bios setup SAME ACCORDINGLY with the multiplier setting value(6 dipswitches) in the motherboard.Otherwise each time you boot up,the error message saying`cpu clockspeed running in safe mode' will show out in the bios.

You have to take your own risk to flash the beta bios.
I have no problem using this beta bios running sisoft sandra :)
CPU temp. show in the Asus PC probe is 3~4'c cooler than 1004D.

Good luck.

The CPU multiplier is ready in the 1005.03e bios setup but it wouldn't work.It can be adjusted in future,me think.
