update itunes library to find music

I have my main Itunes library on my main PC. I duplicated the library onto my touchscreen jukebox and have the 2 folders synchronized where anytime I add a podcast/song to my main library, it's copied over to the jukebox.

However, none of the newly synchronized music appears in iTunes.

how can I force itunes to regenerate the library listing?
