Sunday, I ordered several types of case fans and many cooling accessories from http://www.nexfan.com and I'm beginning to think they are a scam. Below is I what I sent to Yahoo Merchant accounts since that's who they use:
They won't answer email. I've been waiting 4 days since the order was placed, sent two emails asking for status, and still have yet to be told if they even have the damn goods!!! ALL of their email addresses given at their website except one for one (help@), bounced back "no such user"!!! Support@nexfan.com is bogus, as is info@nexfan.com, and even rma@nexfan.com! So, I called them on the damn phone *during their business hours* and they have the audacity to answer with a recorded message that actually states (get this): "EMAIL US for faster service"!! My credit card of course has been charged. Is this place a scam?? They also have absolutely NO CONTACT info in the initial order confirmation email of which Yahoo merchants are required to do! It gets worse. I just tried the phone number given in a whois of their domain name and it's fraudulent!! If I am told today the order is on its way, I will gladly update this information.
I even gets worse; on the page you get after submitting a Yahoo merchant review, there is a link to "See merchant reviews" and that link is bogus!! Apparently, they are not even a Yahoo merchant!! ResellerRatings.com has the BEST comments on them I've ever seen for a place, of which is very suspect since they are so MUCH better than anyone else's!! Probably all "plants" by their employees! So, of course I'm curious if any of you has had dealings with them or has heard anything about them.
