**UPDATE** I Love the people at Vornado Air Circulation

I've had their top of the line air circulator for just around 5 years now. I bought it when I started at college cause my dorm didnt have AC. Cooled the room off like you wouldn't believe. Now that I am back home It's always on and does wonders for a sunny room with a computer crunching F@H 24/7. A few weeks ago it started making a noise so i called their help line. The conversation went something like this...

Them: "oh, it's making a noise? ok, well all those fans have lifetime warrantys on them so your return authorization will go out today and we'll fix it as soon as we get it. You should have it back in a week or two"
Me: "thank you"
Them: "No probelm"

Why can't all companies be this easy to work with and stand behind their product like this? AND Why can't Vornado start making heat sink and case fans.

no, they're not big at all, but with the shape of the blades and the 15,000rpm motor, they move air like crazy. Sorry, no pics, parents took my digital camera to italy and switzerland for 3 weeks.

Got my fan (air circulator) and heater back a few days ago. The fan is like new, but the heater came back damaged. The control panel on top was busted out of the plastic housing, the case was split and there was something rattling around inside. I phoned Vornado customer service to tell them what i saw when i opened the box and the person on the other end replied:

"Ok, sir, please cut the power cord off the heater unit and throw it away. We will send you a brand new one. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for choosing Vornado."

This is one TOP QUALITY company that really treats their customers well and values their business. I highly recommend them. Website is Vornado check them out.

I don't think many companies are aware of how great or not so great their customer support is, or at least they don't want to know. To me, if i were running a business, customer support would be a top priority. But as the bigger the company gets, I would suppose it could be more hectic, but not impossible.
