Will both make me OD? Will one help me with a hang over. Advil has IBProfen ... Aleve says nothing about what is in it:confused:

I would prefer to NOT OD .... TIA :)

If you want to avoid a hangover permenantly...grow up and learn your limit. But for now...stay hydrated with water (the main cause of hangover migraines is dehydration). Stay away from pain killers, you don't want anything to slow your blood flow down anymore than it already is.

Water is right, 400 mg of ibuprofen won't hurt you, but in any case be prepared to hurl.

Ya, Aleve (generic: Naproxen) or Advil or Motrin (generic: Ibuprofen) should be fine. You theoretically don't want to take another liver toxic compound such as Tylenol (generic: acetomenophen...mispelled that). But 400 mg of advil or aleve will be fine. Lots of water. Some food in the stomach, as long as you don't vomit. And sleep.

MD.

Nope. Not a problem, and like the post above me says, tylenol is not such a great idea.

Drink fluids and have something to eat with sugar in it. Another major reason for hangovers is that you have low blood-sugar levels.
