Tylenol is bad for your liver.

Naprosyn and Ibuprofen mess with your stomach.

As a one off thing for hangover prevention, the latter are better choices unless you have a sensitive stomach. Add a pepcid and a multi-vitamin to cover all your bases.

If you wake up next to your dog and a jar of peanut butter say nothing! They'll just ridicule you like they did to me! :D

Thanks for the replies guys. I feel pretty good - a little groggy, but that is expected :)

What cotton mouth? :)

Ugh...cottonmouth. ;)

I usually take an Aleve or two before I go to bed drunk. Works great for me. I've heard the Tylenol + alcohol=liver damage thing is a crock unless you're a raging alcoholic taking Tylenol constantly to begin with, but I don't have any definite facts on that one. In any case, Aleve is much better for pain relief/helping me sleep than Tylenol, IMHO.
