<pounds head on desk>

First, it was supposed to arrive here TODAY. Then the Provantage warehouse took FOREVER to get it out the door. Now it started going the wrong way across the country. Think I can hvae this in Philadelphia by Friday :roll:

Update: 9/28/06
Fedex just called. According to them my package label lacked by street adress, my building number, my suite number and my company name. How is that even possible :shocked: :confused:????

Provantage denies that there is any possiblity that this could have happened. My package is now sitting in north east philly with the correct shipping info scratched onto it with a sharpie and Fedex is going to try again tomorrow.

Who should I kill first? I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for this package all day!!! :| :| :| :|

They may be retarded but they beat UPS and USPS hands down. Isn't TN their main terminal, and that's why a lot of stuff goes to there? Chances are it's flying from TN to Philly right now and you'll have it tomorrow.

Very true. And yes, Memphis is the #1 commercial shipping hub in the world. So everything goes through there.

EDIT: Oh, went back to Tennessee...... Sux 4 u.

I have had more problems with FedEx than with UPS! I have had FedEx send my package all over the place, before reaching me.

You can't honestly tell me you don't know where Philadelphia is, can you?

Exactly. And as long as it's not damage; something that's unlikely with UPS. Heck UPS employees admit they kick packages for no reason. I see them throw packages up in the air and 10 feet to the porch all the time. Though sometimes they just roll them that far if the porch isn't up steps.
UPS = union
Fedex = no union

Well, either one of their "distributors" somehow mananged to ship a package with no street address, company name or suite number, or fedex is even more retarded than I thought.

The bottom line is it is Fedex' fault. They scanned the package on pickup so they should have found the error at that point. No excuse to take a package minus that info.

Semi ontopic - I love Provantage. I can order something, it updates to shipped 15 minutes later, and I get it the next day (with ground shipping).

i use fedex weekly and i have never had a problem, with either international and domestic shipments. I just dont get all these "I hate [insert any carrier here] they all suck" rants.

Memphis is also the US's 4th largest inland port. Thanks to Memphis, I have to pay tax for Newegg purchases. :(
