Update drivers on WinXP Install Disk

I've updated my WinXP installation to include the SP2 upgrades. I'd like to know if it's possible to update the drivers on my WinXP installation disc?

It would be great to have the latest nvidia, nforce, etc drivers already installed when I do a reinstall.
