Well this is really weird. She said shes stil in love with me, im still in love with her. We keep talking on the phone and everything seems the way it was, even though we broke up. Neither one of us wants to let go and move on... so we agreed to keep things the way they are. We spent hours on the phone talking tonight (yay unlimited night and weekends from Tmobile) and we agreed that we will call each other just the way we did.

Anyone experienced anythign like this? We broke up, but we're still really close...whats the deal here?

All I will say is that this happened to me once and long story short I was being used as said girl's backup plan. We got back together and I dumper her ass a month or two later. Good Riddance!!

I am somewhere in between Catholic and deist, mostly because we've had a string of horrible priests at our parish that just completely annihilated the Mass for me.

Yah, I would tend to avoid a hardcore Baptist. Of all the christian religions in the states, other than mormonism because I dunno if that even counts as christianity (no offense to the mormons here, but I find the whole movement tobe in the realm of the absurd), baptists seem to be the biggest group with the reputation for crazy fanatics (televangelists, hellfire and damnnation) and, in generaly, anyone who honestly believes that their god is the true one and everyone who doesn't believe in him will burn in hell for all eternity scares me. That said, I've known some great Baptists who aren't crazy fanatics, and I've known some crazy Catholics (my theo. teacher last year prized his catechism over his bible)

I've been in a situation where I loved my ex and she loved me, we didn't want to move on either. We ended up getting back together only to break up a year later. The problems were never fixed, and by just getting back together and not moving on, we delayed the inevatable. You guys are probably just doing the same. If neither of you will compromise, then the relationship won't work out in the long run. You'd be better off burning the bridges and moving on. I know how easy it is to say, and how hard it is to do, so good luck.

well her family is baptist, shes not really that hardcore. She goes out and drinks and we got it on and stuff like that. Shes not really one of those people who will try to convert you or soemthing. Shes just really confident in her faith and has a great moral character (on of the reasons why i love her so much). She told me she considers herself christian more so than anything else. So who knows, i guess i stil lthink we're gonan get back together because the current situation. Plus she was all drama-queenish with her other boyfriends, with constant breakups and makin-up and stuff.
