Update: Bought a book on half.ebay.com. How do I contact the seller?

I bought it last Thursday along with 4 other books (1 of which I received today). The seller has not even confirmed the book. I looked all over to find an email address or phone number I can call to contact them, but I can't find it. The seller is academybookshop

Contact them through the "My Purchases" section under your account on half. If they still don't confirm after that, contact eBay.

Ok, went there. No link for it...screencrop

So if I copy/edit the link to contact another seller with the transaction# of said seller I'm trying to contact I get a page with this message...

Error

Direct email communication is not prohibited on cancelled orders. In general, to communicate with a Half.com member directly you must have successfully completed a transaction with that member.

Why contact them? I bought a slew of CDs from Half.com and didn't contact ANY of the sellers and got everything.

well, even though this one has over 1100 postive feedback, about 1 in 20 get their orders cancelled without even a word from them.

update...just got this email..

"Dear gtprojectx,

Unfortunately, your order was cancelled. The seller left the following reason to explain why:"

No reason. Dang person.

That BS happened to me once, Just shake it off, leave negative feedback about them selling an item on half.com they didn't have and wasting your time, then find another one and move on with life.

I have bought 100+ books off half.com and this was the only time it happened to me. Its sad that if you leave bad feedback about them they can leave bad feedback about you, even though you didn't do anything wrong.

punks.
