update a video cards bios

I have an R9 280X that always has had some minor artifacts, apparently the newer bios fixes it. I know updating cards bios can be hazardous but I'm up for adventure.
I have installed Asus Tweak 2 but that never finds a new bios version.
My cards current bios is:
015.039.000.000.000000

Tech power up has bios version:
015.041.000.000.000000 Nov 2013

I've also tried Asus live update but that appears to do nothing too.

I need some suggestions please.

The OP tells you everything you need to know about flashing an AMD card's BIOS. I did it a couple times with an HD 7950 a few years ago, but don't remember the exact tools and sequence. This is where I got the info from though.
