Don't listen to freebee and file an insurance claim, although I know you well enough to know you won't do that. Sorry to hear about the wreck, but I am glad you are ok. Hope everything works out.

I just did
Unless you don't want a Honda Accord..

It's totally her fault, unless you were excessively speeding, say 25-30 mph over. I was in a similar accident, me being the one turning left and at fault. It's hilarious to even think that you could have been at fault.

In the end, my car was totalled, the car that hit me had 5k of damage, and my insurance went up from 120/month to 320/month, for the next 3 years. I'm clear of this accident this July.

Lo ball the dealer for the car. Offer $9500 and probable get it for 10K-11K

But get some ads to back up the vaule of your car. Traderonline.com is what I used when my motorcycle was totaled.

Problem is, the dealer's price is below KBB price, and it seems like the car was babied, so it's in GREAT shape. I'll take it to my family's mechanic to get it checked before I drop the cash, but we're talking no dents, great interior, spotless carpet, etc. So I'm sure the dealer will fall back on the 'good' price and the great condition.
