Saw a preview for Stomp the Yard. All I can say is WTF. Another one was about a teacher that wouldn't give up on a student but I can't remember the name. Please stop making these trash.

Children of Men looks very interesting though.
 
Well, I havent liked much of anything since around 99 or 2000.
So to me, EVERYTHING looks beyond stupid.
Most of Rob Schneiders stuff, most of the things done by Will Farell. Actually, just about all comedies and most action flicks in the past 6 years.

Stomp the Yard looks like yet another underdog sports movie or something set to stomping. Stomping is huge on black college campuses so it has a target audience...

i agree. and i enjoyed him 'barbershop', but i just dont think he can carry a whole movie as the leading character.

You must admit though, this movie will probably be entertaining when you see it on TV via TNT, TBS, USA, etc. It will probably be good for a few chuckles because of its "dumbness".

The funny thing is...when I first saw the commercial for this movie, I thought it was another Martin Lawrence film. :laugh:

Theres a ton of great stand-ups who do horrible movies and TV shows.
