Update 6/15

The scan took only a few minutes... he walked out with a CDROM (ain't technology wonderful?) that we delivered to his doctor in the hopes we'd get him to review them that day... no luck... another day has passed as we still haven't heard anything... *sigh* My mom said that my being there really lifted his spirits (he didn't know I was coming), so that's a good thing. Waiting....


I'll be scarce around these parts for a while... I have to head up to Montreal to accompany my dad on an appt for a CT scan of his brain... he's started having nausea and vertigo... they're hoping to find that it's an inner ear problem, but... if anyone has a spare prayer to throw his way, it's greatly appreciated!

Anyhow... I know there are a couple of guys that haven't received their packages from my Sale Part 1. I've been reassured they shipped May 31. Please let me know whether or not they show this week... it's possible they didn't go Priority, but at this time all I have is the paperwork from the shipper saying they left the building in the hands of the UPSP. I'll leave a message tomorrow for the guys who handle returns to make sure they didn't come back insufficient postage or bad addresses or whatever.

Stats server seems to be chugging away nicely... only the occasional burp, but I'll give it a reboot in the morning before I head out just to make sure all the cobwebs are cleared out 🙂

Here's a good sign for ya, Geoff...my package arrived today 😀 Forgot I'd need another ATX+12V PSU, though....hafta pick one up tomorrow.

On another note, that's why we all crunch FaD ... so that problems like your dad's may soon be no more alarming than a toothache.

Uff... I guess I missed this whilst all wrapped up in my own problems. 😱

I'll put in a good word for him too Geoff! Hopefully all will be well. Let's crank up the old AT prayer platoon for this one eh?
