Up to 6 tickets per household - Buy marked pkgs of Milk duds or Whoppers and collect the movie points on the boxes. 12 points gets an adult ticket and 8 points for a child's ticket. Tickets valid at over 30,000 theaters for all showings of movies . (I know that these are valid for Eastern Federal as I used one there but I don't know all the theaters involved.) Requests for tickets must be received by March 31, 2003.

Up to 4 tickets - Call Pfizer1-800-648-0027 for the form (mine came in about 9 days). Buy up to 4 products (or up to 4 of one product) of the following: Listerine (500ml & up), Neosporin (no trial size), Benadryl (no trial size), Lubriderm (6oz & up), Sudafed (no trial size), Visine (no trial size), Rolaids (100 & up), Zantac (4 & up), Desitin (no trial size), Cortizone (no trial size). Check here for theaters near you that are participating. Order forms need to be postmarked by Sep 30, 2002. Needs receipts and upcs.

2 tickets- buy $15 total of the following products at Walgreens by Aug 31 and submit by Sep 7, 2002 and fill out form in their August Easysaver Catalog: Snuggle dryer sheets (40), All detergent (100oz), Salon Selective products (2.25 to 13 oz), Finesse products (7 to 25.4 oz), Lever Moist Wipes (15), Lever soap bars (2pk), Q-tips treat & Go swabs (15), Lipton tea bags (100), Ragu sauce (26oz), Shedd's Country crock(1 lb), Vaseline Intensive care lotion (17.7 oz).

Tried calling the Pfizer number, but the operator stated that the company does not send the forms. I was told to go get one at the store.

Sorry - I called and they said no problem and sent it immediately. Maybe you could try for another customer service rep at that number? I don't know what else to say.

A week or so ago the forms were available at Longs (if you have those), Bartell Drugs and some military exchanges. Bartell Ad. Hope this helps.
