we have those in our basement occasionally...haven't seen one in a while...didn't know the bite!

We have one of them, only seen him twice in a year. Scared the sh!t out of me the first time!

They crawl in your pet's ears and lay their eggs. If you don't have pets it's probably laying its eggs in your ears.
