Ever since I got my computer there has always been this problem, I did not really care about it since I rarely turn of my computer but not I think its time I find the reason and a solution for this.
Heres the deal, each time I shutdown my computer, it restarts about 30 seconds later.
I checked the power saving options and I dont see anything that could contribute to that but I could be wrong.

Any suggestions?

my power supply is OCZ OCZ600ADJSLI 600WOCZ OCZ600ADJSLI 600W

Sounds like soft reset cable incorrectly attached to wrong pin?, did you build the pc?.

Does it shutdown to the point that all of the fans and drives stop spinning, then restart? If not, I suspect a driver issue.

Check that all power saving/hibernation/snooze is disabled in BIOS (ACPI).
if not, I would try another psu if you are sure the headers are all connected up.

Probally Wake On Lan is set, or something similar. Can bring your computer out of sleep when it get's any net activity.

Try disabling Power Management, and see if the problem continues.
