Unwanted Reboot

When I play Motocross Madness 2, Midtown Maddness 2, Armada 2, and a few other games half way through the computer stops and reboots. What is up with that?

Just my guess, but I`d say your problem is the amount of shared video memory. How much memory is given to video, can you bump it up and add some more DDR to the system? What resolution are you using? And what drivers are you using for the Geforce 2 on that board?

First turn off auto-reboot on error and find out what is causing the reboot. Perhaps you have a misbehaving driver.

I can not boost the shared memory. I tried running the games on software resization instead of the hardware. It worked fine but everything was all very grainy.

Do what PCHPlayer said - it is the only suggestion that lets you figure out what the cause is so you can make an educated attempt at fixing it.
