Unusual request: Where can I buy Devcon Metal Welder?

I need to get some of this adhesive, as it sticks to both aluminum and polycarbonate, and it is somewhat elastic. Devcon doesn't let you buy directly from their site, and the hardware stores I've been to only sell their basic stuff - 2-ton epoxy, 5-minute, and the gel epoxy. Anyone happen to know where this stuff is available for sale? Google turns up all kinds of articles on how wonderful the stuff is, but nothing in the articles says "Buy it here!" So many lost advertising opportunities...
