Here's the specs of the machine:
Unlocked Sempron 145
Asus M4A785TD-M EVO
4x2GB Avexir DDR3-1333, 1.5V, 9-9-9-24
Antec Neo Eco 400C

I tried testing all 4 at the same time, I got one error in test 8 at address location 00155746AA4 - 5463.2MB. Err-bit: 0000 0800.

So then, to see which stick was bad, I tested each stick of ram individually for 3-4 passes and I found no error. Each stick was tested on a different slot, so it doesn't seem like error is caused by a bad dimm slot.

I tried testing each pair in dual channel mode, and I found no errors.

So it seems the error pops up only if I test all 4 sticks at the same time. I tried moving each stick to a different slot, but the location of the error was the same as before. The error was still the same. I'm convinced the ram isn't bad, but this is just weird.

Before I tested the Avexir ram, the machine was running A-Data 2x2GB DDR3-1333, which passed memtest without issues. It also went through Prime 95 without issues (forgot how long I ran it for though). One thing I haven't tried is locking the Sempron back to single core mode....

Any ideas?

Update: I've locked the Sempron 145 back into single core mode and re-ran memtest. After 2 passes and 3 hours and 45 minutes, no errors. Looks like the memory error may be caused by the unlocked core....

Update 2: Nope. After 5+ hours, an error showed up. Slightly different location, 5463.0 MB. Gah! Gonna retest each stick individually overnight or something. Maybe 3-4 passes aren't enough.
