Unusable Printer Cable

So I've got an unusable printer cable - doesn't work! Tried two computers, two printers... yup... it's the damn cable alright. It's Belkin... and the warranty has passed. Is there some place to recycle or get money in exchange? Thanks in advance.

Buy the exact same cable from BB or CC and then return the defective one back with your new receipt....
