untill what time does UPS deliver on the West coast?

Generally speaking the latest UPS every delivered to my house in Oakland was about 5:30pm so i'd imagine they occasionally deliver as late as 6PM

 
dang! my package arrived yesterday morning at 5 am its already 6PM and no package yet.

scheduled for delivery today.
