during WWII there was a german and he jumped into a bunker, and in the bunker was an American, they were both exhausted and didn't feel like being covered in blood so neither of them killed the other. So as they were waiting out the battle, the german tries to make conversation with the American, but they obviously cant talk to one another, so he tries using handsymbols. he puts his first fingers together and his tumbs together, and makes a sirclish shape, puts it at about his head and moves it down, and asks, are you a paratrooper? the American didnt understand and shook his head no. Next the german puts his arm out infront of him and puts two fingers on it and makes it look likea person running, and he asks, are you an infantrymen? the American still didnt understand, and so he shook his head no. the german then makes a fist and begins hitting his other hand with it and asks, are you artillary? the American, still confused shook his head no again. so finally the german makes circles around his eyes, like binoculars, and asks, are you a sniper? and the American again shakes his head no. so the german gave up.
Fifty years later, the American soldier was sitting in his rocking chair with his grandchildren gathered around and they asked, "grandpa, was there ever a time when you were really scared?" and he responded, "well, there was this one time, i was in a bunker with a german soldier" putting his fingers together like the german had, "that german said, when the sun goes down, and all the people run away (the infantry sign), im going to butt fvck you until your eyes pop out"
