Unsure of what to call this screw...

That's not the original type of screw I'm looking for but it's fairly similar (and actually fits too). Picked up an older version H60 for like 10 bucks but the mounting screws (like the one above) seem to be missing, would like to use it for my little server/HTPC box that I just built with the stock Intel cooler since I want to play around with a mild overclock (running a 3770K).

So I was wondering what the proper name for this type of thumbscrew is because I find myself in need of a set of 4 of them. Worst case scenario I take the threaded bit of the mounting set-up and find some nuts that fit it but curiosity and laziness make me want to know what the screw I'm looking for is called anyways.

I'd call it a thumb nut, or a knurled nut (neither of which are giving specs).

...maybe a knurled thumb nut?

My apologies for the confusion, am aware it's not really a screw, just used to them being called thumbscrews despite the fact that they are basically nuts.

My question was more about what to call it when it has a thread tapped into the body as thumbscrews but after a quick Google search richaron was indeed right on the point, a thumb nut is the name I was looking for, thanks!
