Unsubscribe link in subscription update emails

Would it be possible to include an unsubscribe link in the email thread updates that go out? The link would unsubscribe you from the thread the email was regarding.

I've found I've subscribed to a few threads that got many more responses than I suspected and it's not easy to navigate the My Forums page from my cell phone (where I often check my email)
