Unstable swiftech

I've got a swiftech 370 w/ panaflo 60mm, but when someone i know was going to help me mount it he said it was too loose and mounted a coolermaster instead. can i mount this swiftech w/o risking my TB 1400, or am i stuck with this noisy coolermaster which btw runs at 45C idle.
