My oc to 2.4 was prime overnight, but when I play BF2 it crashes randomly. I go to 2.3 and its fine. Is this a stability issue? Drivers? TIA
 
When you ran prime95 did you run the blended test or the small FFT test??? It could be a memory error as games will tend to root them out...Small FFT wont test ram as much so memory controller errors or ram timing errors likely will get by....

Try reducing ram timings, speed, and/or raise the vdimm....
 
Did you install the patch for the game? EA recomends to reinstall and NOT install the patch if you did, because it causes severe memory leaks.
 
try another game but i'm with duvie- i had an oc i could prime 24/7 but morrowind would blow it out. a couple secondary memory timings were the cause. once i loosened them i was ok.
 
Lot of places are recommending downgrading from the latest patch. The latest patch caused more problems than it solved.
