Unsigned Division without DIV

I have a huge project to do and the only thing I haven't been able to figure out in it is how to perform unsigned division without DIV. I know it's supposed to be done with register shifting and rotates, but I can't even find an algorythym to work from....

Pre: User definined Divisor and Dividend
