Unsendable mail in my Outbox - destroying Outlook! How do I fix this?

I have a 14MB file in my outbox that is obviously never going to be sent. It never sends no matter how long I give it. I go to my Outbox, and I can't delete the message. I can't move the message. I have no idea how to get Outlook to GIVE UP! I can't send any other mail! I have other mail I would like to send but I can't till I get Outlook to ignore this message.

Well, you could export your inbox abd addresses, saving your email and then uninstall/reinstall Outlook

14MEG -- most accounts can't handle an email that large!
