Unrecognized access in log file of SMC barricade

Can anyone fill me in, I have a huge log file with entries such as this :

Wednesday, October 03, 2001 4:56:23 PM Unrecognized access from 12.22.29.34:14829 to TCP port 2064

Looks like email is useless but maybe the phone number is good. Unless you were purposely looking at Orion Scientific Systems, it looks like they have a computer doing port scans.

Nope have not been there, and have several other Ip addys inthe log too, trying different ports.

why would i be getting these...any Idea ?

just a novice so please help me if ya can

12.22.29.34:15730 seems to be hitting it constant or every few seconds
