Unreal2 glitches with 9500 pro??

Just recently purchased unreal 2 , and when im playing i noticed that the game has graphical glitches. I tried other games and some are fine others have the same problem, textures are mixed up and look like crap! I have the new 3.1 ati drivers, i think this might be the source of the problem, anybody else have problems with this driver??
