Unreal Tourney S3 Textures on a Geforce2 MX?

I Have 256MB Ram and the aforementioned vid card on a Duron running @ 927Mhz.

If I install the S3 textures, am I going to see an improvement?

only s3 cards can use those out of the box. yes they would improve performance, epic should have patched support for other cards long ago. they did release beta direct3d and open gl drivers that supported the drivers last month, they are buggy though.
