Unreal Tournament with no CD?

I seem to remember a utility that would let you play UT without having the CD inserted. Am I right or is this impossible? I loaded it on a system that I put together for my inlaws and then forgot to bring the CD with me, but I'd like to show it off to them. LMK if you can help.

d/l the latest official UT patch v4.36 (something like that) and it won't require you to have the cd in so it loads much faster.
