Unreal Tournament video Problems

I recently went back to playing UT. Now when I start up the program I get this "cracked mirror" effect on my screen after a food minutes into the game. The screen has random lines runnnig all over the place. Looks pretty bad. It only happens when I run the game.

I have a TNT2Ultra and K6-3 400 system and have played many times before with no problems.

Any Ideas?
