Unreal Tournament Dedicated Server

It's saying it cannot resolve master.mplayer.com in the console. Any idea where to fix this, OR, is it needed to run a dedicated server advertised on the internet?

I've been getting that error for a while.. I can't figure out if it's required to "advertise" your server.. because I can get some people on my Tac Ops (UT mod) server, but not on UT... on the other hand, in TO I'm about 1 in 300 servers, as opposed to 3000

joinT so you cant get your UT server to advertise either? mine advertised about 2 months ago fine, but now, no go.. Baffling. And i set up the network at home now, JUST to do this, go figure!
