I tried both the loki and the ones at the unreal game. I also put in the int strings into my UT.ini. I get two diffrent results with them. The loki one does not work at all. Opengl crashed and S3TC is slow and choppy. With the other one It works, but I am not content. I do not see any graphic improvement, and it pauses alot in Opengl. It also messed up my D3D. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have the latest radeon drivers, and have the latest version of UT. Here are my UT.ini settings:
