Unreal Tournament always crashing...

Whenever I play UT over the net I always get a critical error eventually and the program closes. Here is my latest one:

Is this common? Is the internet multiplayer just unstable? I can play just fine in a normal(1 player) game. Anyone else get errors like this?

does it happen when the cpu is not overclocked? i had the same problem because i had my cas3 ram running at cas2
