Unreal Tournament 2003 from EBGames for $9.99

Did anyone else besides me NOT receive their game? I didn't receive it and the order was placed on 12/14/03 and shipped on 12/26/03. I just called and the guy said it probably got lost in the mail and that I could get Unreal Tournament 2004 for $19.99 since it was lost.

Just trying to find out if anyone else besides me got jipped?

I got mine but it came BROKEN :|:|

The first cd was cracked right on the edge. So pissed :| Called up EB games and they said they don't have any left in stock and the best the could do is give me a refund.

Yup, same thing happend to me. He said they don't have anymore but he could offer me Unreal Tournament 2004 for $19.99. I think I'm gonna just have them refund me my money.

UT2004 for $20 is a good deal, no? Why not take him up on the offer?

but the free aol and earthlink cd's....that are sent to me without charge, those had dvd cases. yeah, great.
