Can I play unreal tournament multi player over my cable modem with a burned copy of the game???

also, do I need to enable anything on my linksys bfsrv41 router/switch???

If you are just playing, you need to do nothing. (as long as you can alread surf and all that) If you are hosting, you need to forward some ports to the hosting computer, like 7777,7778,7779 should do the trick.
 
Will I get in trouble if the copy of the game isn't mine?? a friend let me borrow it to see how I liked it? I will go buy it later, but I want to know will I get in trouble if I use it to play multiplayer over the net??
