Unreal benchmarking question

What are good FPS is Unreal 2k3? cause whenver i run the benchmark at 1024 i get 148 flyby, and 48 botmatch, and i am running an athlon 2200+ and Radeon 9700 pro with 1 gig of ddr so shouldnt it be higher or am i off cause of this game? and i have all the options set to perfoprmance not quality in the advances menu..... anybody got some comments? please clarify this for me
