Unreal 2004, Half-life 2 modded, which one is better?

Does Unreal 2004 OR half-life 2 (modded version) allow one human team (friends and I) vs computer teams (the game AI) for CTF (capture the flag) ?

Yes, you can setup a ctf server on ut2k4 and set the min_players option to the number of friends you have playing. So if you and 4 friends were playing, set the min_players to 5. Then have all your friends join the same team as you and when the match starts, the bots will fill in on the other team. Not sure about HL2 though.
