And yes, that's your problem. Check the text size that your browser is using. What browser are you using?
 
Figured it out...my encoding was set to Auto-detect and I had recently been to some Japanese sites, so encoding was still set to Japanese characters. Once IE figured out I was back to English sites it corrected itself. Thanks for the input...
