unraid or WHS?

I have and old dell desktop that I want to turn into a NAS. Main feature I want is the ability to mix and match hard drive sizes into a pool that still has redundancy. From what I can tell these both have that ability and are roughly similar in price.

I will be using it mainly for media storage and streaming to a PS3 and xbox 360.

Thoughts?
 
I think if that's all you need it for then maybe unraid would work out better for you. WHS brings quite a few features to the table, though of course with Vail on the way anything that the community hasn't come out with yet for v1 probably won't be as developers will be moving to the new platform.
