I heard you can register to have multiple ebay accounts. It's also true that a buyer can get 3 or 4 unpaid item strikes before getting suspended. But if a buyer has 10 accounts and gets 2 strikes per account (totaling 20 unpaid item strikes) none of the accounts will be suspended and the buyer can back out of a sh!tload of purchases with no penalty?
