I've been jonesin' to get down below 200lbs (I'm 6'4", was at 220 at highest point). Working out, running, and a lot of stress, and I'm now at 192lbs. Yay!

New goal, keep up the slow burn going. I don't know if it's the caloric restriction or the stress, but I keep going down each day. The love handles and tummy are noticeably slimmer. All my pants and shorts no longer fit. The arms of my shirt don't fit, my biceps are very visibly larger.
I still have some rolls when I sit, which annoys me, but I'll give it some more time.

Next goal is to keep cutting down to 180lbs then get those abs showing.

At 6'4" tall and 192lbs (and getting smaller) if you are flabby then you don't have very much muscle mass. Perhaps you should consider more weight training? No offense but abs on a skinny guy is like bit tits on a fat woman. I'm not knocking your fat loss but maybe you should start shifting gears to building more lean mass.

That's the plan basically, get down to a blank canvas and build it up right. A lean mean fighting machine.

why not build the muscle while you already have the weight rather than lose the weight, hit the weights, then have to gain more weight to convert to muscle? I would go balls to the walls w/ weights until you are happy w/ the muscle you have put on and then switch to cutting. You really don't weigh that much for your height. My target weight in 190 and I'm only 5 11.5'' (I'm 172 now and trying desperately to gain weight).

My main concern was getting rid of the belly and handles, so I figured I'd target those first. I suppose I could try bulking up then cutting though.

For new people I always recommend doing weights 2-3x a week and to do some cardio 2-3x a week.

DIET IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO LOSING LOVE HANDLES.

I really can not stress this enough.

Keep up the good work.

Do your thing. I cut down to 200 from 250 before I switched to bulking. Now I do wish that I had just started lifting and eating heavy from the very beginning, but I also remember what it was like to be 250 and how badly I just wanted to be slender.

Yup. This is the thing for most people wanting to lose weight.
