Hi i just paired this board with a AMD 3000+ but the fsb does not OC well at all. 2 questions: Is this problem of OCing caused by whether the board has a working pci/agp lock, and if it does not is soltek making any bios updates to fix this? also post here if there are any work arounds to overclock. if i remember correctly only FX cpu's are unlocked and can raise their multiplier, so i'm not sure why OCing my FSB isn't working.

The problem is not the lock. If you just raise the "FSB" any board will give up real soon, you need to lower the HTT multiplier and memory divider too.

Also avoid using the serial ATA ports if you can. Too many boards lock some or none of those ports.
