Well, as mentioned for the umpteenth time we (TeAm DF) are in a very heated race with Rechenkraft.net for 4th place.

Currently it's very much a to and fro battle (we took the lead this morning... they took it back... we took it again... and so forth). We are currently in the lead by just 90K folds (each team has produced over 4 Billion... that's right we're talking about a difference of less than 0.00000225% between the two teams).

Obviously as things are this close EVERY FOLD MATTERS!

So if you've got some old machine lying around not doing anything we'd love to have it crunching away on DF.

New machines are welcome too! 😉

I think they should put that on some of their new ones, too, with the number of people out there who don't know they need a heatsink! 😉


Good luck with the race! I am currently trying to fend off Baldy18 in SoB, and pushing to overtake ArsTechnica, and not get passed by ORU, so can't help you guys, sorry!

They've been able to get a bit of a jump on us, since a couple of people have transferred onto their team over the last day (giving them a 9M boost).
