Monarch has it too.

Then, couple questions. Will the 120mm Zalman CNPS7700 fit on it?
And how does the performance compare to nforce4 ultra chipset?

I think Hypertransport on that board only runs at 1600Mhz instead of 2000Mhz.

Does it really not support SATA? Because this board is better than the one I was better than the Soltek one I was going to get but this one doesn't have SATA =(. Or at least that's what newegg says.

Oh ok, I just wanted to be sure because most new motherboards support SATA and I thought it was odd that newegg.com said it didn't so I wanted to check and make sure ^^.
