Sure hes innoccent... Yeah, sure. Even the most liberal court in the land says there is no evidence proving his innocence. They have also all agreed there wasnt any judical miscound, prosecutorial misconduct, and have shreded the claims by Tookies lawyers. Every single court has ruled against him. There is a reason for that, hes an unrepetant murderer. He probably would have been granted clemency if he had admitted his guilt. His behavior his first decade in jail didnt help matter either.

These things are not aired, and witnesses are limited to officials, a few invited guests of the victims and the prisoner. I'm actually "on the list" to go see an execution when it happens in the coming years.
