seeing as it that lots of people seem to be getting barton's these days considering that the prices are dropping, thought it'd be fitting to start this thread...

i plan on ordering one soon...

so why don't you guys start posting your results

just the good stuff like:

2x512 MB Generic PC2700 RAM @ 333 MHz
3000+ @ 13x200 (2600 mhz) @ 2.13v, water-cooled (memory is at 333 mhz). She does 2400 mhz at 1.75 volts, but that wasn't enough for me

I need better memory for 2x200 operation.

My Barton 2500+ AQXDA 0313 should be here on Thursday. I'd say I'll post up my results this coming weekend but my sister's getting married and I am going to be busy helping with that. Maybe I'll be able to o/c it Thursday night. We'll see. Regardless, whenever I get to o/c the chip I'll post my results.

Anyway, running at 2175 (174 x 12.5) using a lapped Volcano 6cu, at stock voltage. Even under load I'm only hitting about 49C, and idling at about 40C. I haven't even found the point at which the CPU wants more voltage. Sad thing is, I can't lock the AGP speed, and when I took the FSB up a few more notches, I started to notice some "odd visual effects". Nothing crashed though, and Prime95 just keeps going.

Think I'm gonna make the switch to nForce2 this weekend and find out just how much is left in this puppy!

Havent tried 11.5X200 since i upped the vdimm but it failed 4th test of prime95 last time i tried.

Got up over 2200 before I had to back down due to the video problems. I did that at stock voltage, and the temps hovered around 50C under load. You'll have to tell me how far you're able to push yours so I can get a better idea of how far this thing'll go once I get an nForce2 board
